For application in precision processing fields such as IC production and chip mounting lines, where sophisticated actuator control, higy density mounting and space-saving around the line are required.
The TZ·Series are mini type 5-port solenoid operated valves which will meet the requirements of these lines.
These valves can be applied for drive conctrol of air cylinders of up to φ100 bore.
They will fully meet the needs of the production lines which now require highter accuracy higher mounting density.
